1. Information We Collect (and How We Use It)
We strive to collect as little data as possible to ensure a safe, stable, and fun gaming experience. We do not collect sensitive personal data, such as your real name, government IDs, physical address, or phone number.
However, to ensure the game functions correctly, we utilize third-party services that automatically collect the following technical information:
- Game Progress & Performance (Google Firebase): We store your in-game progress (save files), purchase history, and technical performance/error data (such as crash reports via Crashlytics). Firebase generates a unique, anonymous technical user ID to link this data to your device.
- Account Linking (Sign-in with Google): When using the native Android Google Sign-In, we only use the generated technical credential to establish a secure backup of your save file on Firebase. This allows you to recover your progress if you change devices. No personal profile data is extracted or stored.
- Achievements (Google Play Games): Used exclusively to authenticate the player and provide the in-game achievements and leaderboards system.
- In-App Purchases (Google Play Store IAP): Financial processing for in-game item purchases is handled entirely by Google’s native system. We do not have access to your credit card details or billing information.
- Advertising (Google AdMob): We display ads to keep the game free to play. AdMob may collect and use your device’s advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads to you.
2. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your technical data is processed exclusively by the partner services mentioned above (Google LLC), which comply with global privacy regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD).
3. Age Policy (Target Audience)
Mana Blade: Dungeons & Puzzles is intended for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
4. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You have full control over your game data. If you wish to permanently delete your progress, purchase history, and any technical link between your device and our Firebase servers, you can do so in two ways:
- In-Game: By accessing the settings menu and using the direct account/data deletion option.
- Via Email: By requesting data deletion directly from our support team at piniongamestudio@gmail.com.
Upon request, all data tied to your anonymous technical ID will be permanently removed from our Firebase databases within 30 days.
